The water cooling system keeps the chain well cooled throughout the entire grinding process, maintaining sharpness for up to 50% longer than dry grinding. In addition to extended working time, the water cooling system enables a high grinding speed, which increases production rate.
The machine automatically recognises whether the teeth are left or right; the cutting tooth and depth gauge are ground simultaneously and the grinding process is not interrupted even if the tooth sequence is irregular, thanks to our patented missing-tooth automation technology.
